Grandsons

Went up the coast to meet my grandsons before they headed home to Ca. Went to Newport and had so much fun with them. They have really missed me and it showed. I lived with them for 18 months before they moved to Ca....I cried when I left, I have missed them too.

Saturday 4th, 2007

I had lots of fun today. Trista and I met Punkie and a friend I hadn't seen for awhile, at a park and did lots of visiting and hugging. Her name is Ms. Care. Her daughter Candita was with her. So I took pictures ...of coarse. The Beautiful baby is Punkies. She is a cuddler, and I love to cuddle with my grandbabies..

Matt and Punkie....

I have known Matt since he was born 20 years ago. His dad was my best friends brother so he was in my life for along time. After my friend Emalee died, I lost track of him and his sister "Punkie". I found them when I moved back to this area a year ago. Their Mom passed away just before I found them and they have kinda adopted me as their own. Plus I have 3 new grandbabies to spoil thanks to "Punkie". We spend a lot of time at the Beaches and up the river. It's been good for me.

My Grandaughter

This is the eldest of my grandchildren. She is spending a month with me. We have been having fun together. Today we went to the beaches and just hung out with Punkie, a special friend of mine. Monday she is going to spend some time with her Grandfather. She will be going to the County Fair with them. Have fun Trista....

Cow Skull on a Barn

I took this picture on one of my picture taking Days. This is on the same barn the Giant Ant was on. I like different....I am starting on Grandkids next. They are here to spend a month. My 10 year old Grandson is spending time with his Grandfather for the first time ever, and my Grandaughter is spending it with me. She is 15...We are going to run and play....

Oregons Beautiful Coast...God's Country

This is where I spent all day 4th of July...It was wonderful...I didn't eat anything, but I consumed the Sun, the breeze, the warmth was wonderful, the sounds of the Seagulls, Sealions, and the waves were kinda rough. This is how I would order a "Day at the Beach". I shared it with 2 people I have known for 20 Years. This is one of my pictures........

"The Watcher"

This little tree was all alone and that caught my eye. He has put up a hard fight just to live. His roots hug the rock for survival as he faces the raging storms and mighty winds. He is strong and mighty and God has named him "Watcher Of The Sea".

Flowergarden Zennia

This zennia is in Nita and my flower garden. I look out the kitchen window when I get up in the morning and start the coffee. the flowers lift their heads to kiss the morning dew, and I have a wonderful gift to start my day.

Giant Ant

This ant was mounted on the side of a barn that Nita and I saw on a country drive. I took this from the road.

You can't tell how big this ant is from the picture but it was probably about 6 feet long.
